Ancelotti warns of the strength of Real Madrid in the Champions League

Former Bayern Munich coach Carlo Ancelotti has warned the club against the strength of Real Madrid.

The club is in the fourth place in the standings with 38 points and the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey.

Real will face Paris St Germain in the quarter-finals in a game that many expect to be strong and fun.

"I know that Real Madrid is suffering from a crisis at the moment, but you have to be careful when you face the size of the Mersey in the Champions League," Ancelotti told Italian daily La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"It's hard for me to see Real Madrid suffering from that crisis. Maybe the players are going downhill after winning all possible titles. This is inevitable."

"The Champions League is the only tournament that Real Madrid is competing against this season. I think Almernji can win this year and everyone should be careful when facing Zidane."
