Zidane: Real Madrid did not deserve defeat and that's what I know about Neymar

Zinedine Zidane believes Real Madrid did not deserve a defeat against Espanyol, although it was not worth winning either.

Espanyol sealed the match at Real Madrid with a 1-0 victory over Gerard Moreno in the 90th minute of the Spanish league.

"We did not deserve a goal in the game and the defeat is also not worthy. We played well in the first half. In the second half we were worse and that caused the level to go down. We got chances to score and we did not score," Zidane said after the match.

"We have won the last five games and we have been playing well. Today we have not played well and we have lost, this is football and we must accept the result."

Brazilian star Neymar da Silva has been hurt before the upcoming PSG summit with Real Madrid next week in the knockout phase of the Champions League.
When asked about Neymar, Zidane replied: "I do not know anything about him and we have to wait, all I know is that the player is injured."
