Scholes reveals the difficulty of preventing De Chaya from moving to Real Madrid
LONDON (Reuters) - Manchester United's inability to convince Red Devils captain David Deja to cancel the idea of moving to Spanish club Real Madrid during the upcoming Mercato this summer, legendary legend Paul Scholes has revealed.
There have been rumors in recent weeks that Florentino Perez, the president of Real Madrid, wants to give up the Costa Rican goalkeeper at Mirkato next summer and sign up for a substitute after his poor season.
Real Madrid want Manchester United's 27-year-old David Deja to be replaced next summer by Costa Rica's Kellor Navas.
"David de Chia should stay at Manchester United, but I think that will be very difficult as Real Madrid want to sign him," Paul Scholes told reporters.
"David de Chia is the best goalkeeper in the world and we know his desire to return to Madrid and get the Champions League with the Royal team."
