Mariano embarrasses Zidane with a world goal in the net of Saint - Etienne
Former Real Madrid striker Mariano Diaz continued his brilliance with his new Lyon side after scoring a special goal against St Etienne in the 1-1 draw.
Mariano left Real last summer after failing to convince coach Zinedine Zidane of his abilities and moved to Lyon for a deal worth 10 million euros.
Cavani scored a great goal in the 17th minute after a long shot in a distinctive way and then stepped full and put the ball into the net.
Mariano scored his 15th goal in the Ligue 1, finishing sixth in the top scorers list, apart from making 3 more goals.
Mariano is ahead of all Real Madrid strikers. Cristiano Ronaldo is the top scorer of the season with 14 goals in Allega, while Gareth Bell has seven goals and Karim Benzema scored just 4 goals.
